From inside an app

Most of our apps have an in-app "Send feedback" option in Settings. It's the easiest way to report a bug because it automatically includes your app version and device info.

How do I report a bug?
Email support@appworld.xyz with the app name, your device + OS version, and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
I was charged by mistake — can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and for Google Play by Google. If the charge came from one of our apps directly, email us and we'll help you sort it out.
Is there an Android version?
Most of our apps are available on both iOS and Android. If Google Play isn't available in your region, you can download the APK directly from the app's card on our home page.
Are the APK files safe?
Yes — APKs are signed and hosted on our own subdomains (e.g. anime.appworld.xyz). They are the same builds we publish to Google Play.
How often is the app catalog updated?
Automatically every Monday. Icons, versions and ratings are pulled straight from the App Store. New apps show up on the site without any manual step.
